I started in the fitness business in 1981 (part-time) as a fitness instructor. In 1999 I began working with the United States Army in Europe as a Sports and Fitness Specialist. Upon my return to the states in 2000, I took a leap of faith and opened "Expect Success Personal Training." I began a business training my clients in their homes and eventually I evolved into Christian Fitness Coaching.

I now live in Missouri with my husband and work at Fort Leonard Wood. I am a writer; God's Temple-40 Steps to Transformation), Christian Fitness Coach, and Personal Trainer. I am spreading the message to "Glorify God With a Healthy Body."
